When you request a service or repair quote or a vehicle valuation, BSB Car & Commercial receives the contact details, vehicle information, work requested and appointment preferences you enter into the form.

Your enquiry

We use these details to assess your enquiry, contact you about your vehicle and arrange an appointment. Submitting the form does not sign you up to marketing messages.

Processing your enquiry

Your request is saved securely on our website and passed to our enquiry inbox using our email service provider, Resend or FormSubmit, depending on the service configured for the website. Our website hosting service processes the request so we can receive it. We do not display your submission publicly.

To help prevent automated spam, the website records a hashed version of your network address alongside your enquiry.

Questions or corrections

If you would like to ask about the information you have provided, request a correction or ask for its deletion, use the enquiry form and explain your request in the notes field.

Please do not include payment details or identity documents in the form.
